BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

Scheduling in advance for all treatments and procedures is required.

When to Arrive

As a medical facility, we request that all new patients fill out a patient information form. In addition, injection, IPL and Laser Hair Removal require patients to review information regarding the requested procedure prior to service. Therefore, we request that new patients arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time in order to fill out the necessary information. Numbing cream is administered upon request and requires patients to arrive 30 to 45 minutes prior to their scheduled injection time.

Payment

We accept Cash, Visa and MasterCard with prior approval.

Cancellations

In the event you may not be able to keep an appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with same day notification will be charged for the full service fee for facials and procedures. $75 for all injection appointment cancellations.
